Assess your Organisation

This Organisational Self Assessment Tool allows you to assess and benchmark our organisation, team or project's behaviour against the Tipu Ake model. This will for each of the Tipu Ake levels tell you how much of your action is reactive firefighting ( pests) and how much is proactive (birds)

The group doing the assessment needs to operate at the collective sensing level - not answering according to their own opinion, but instead answering how they sense the people in the organisation would ( i.e. being a fly on the wall in the cafeteria) The possible answers are only 0 disagree, 1 agree or 2 strongly agree.

We also do have the assessment tool on line and are accumulating some limited benchmarking data. This functionality will be enhanced as we learn more. You can try it here ( you will be asked to login to get access to this)
